The Biofuels Center of North Carolina, which is the organization hosting and maintaining this site, will not sell or distribute the list of the users who are registered on this site or turn it into an advertising-driven site. The Center developed and maintains the site as a contribution to the global biofuels community.

This site is an open source collaboration to develop useful, sound content around the full spectrum of topics and issues surrounding liquid biofuels. For this site to be successful, it will need contributions from many people and organizations. Contributor's privacy and the public's ability to discern the value of content is a balance. To assist with this balance, this site welcomes user suggestions about the terms of service for this site and privacy issues.

Once this page is more mature, it will be locked down, unless it becomes apparent that a significant revision is needed.
