Cogeneration

The sequential production of electricity and additional energy from a common feedstock source. An intriguing possibility is for liquid fuel syngas facilities being co-located with biomass power cogeneration facilities. The heat from the syngas can be used to generate power and the syngas itself can be catalyzed into a gasoline fuel analogue. Cellulosic feedstocks would supply the raw material powering the facilities.
