Biofuels Labelling in North Carolina
In 2011, the North Carolina legislature passed a law that will require labels for all dispensing pumps and other dispensing devices that offer ethanol-blended gasoline for sale. A state commission under the jurisdiction of the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is charged with developing the regulations to implement the new law. As of August 2011, the commission had not yet been formed.Links
